Hello!

Woman with long hair wearing a black blazer and jeans sitting on a brown leather couch.

I’m Brittany, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Maine.

I specialize in working with adults who experience anxiety, are LGBTQIA+, have a history of trauma, and/or are neurodivergent. I love helping my clients identify their strengths, build self-confidence, and find empowerment.

I earned my Masters in Social Work from New York University, and was born and raised in tri-state area. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and hold experience providing outpatient counseling to individuals across the age-span. My approach is direct, warm, and validating— while also being practical, honest, and feedback-oriented.

I utilize a person-centered and strengths-based lens, and am queer-affirming and neuro-affirming. While treatment is individualized for each client, I use a multi-modal approach, combining aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with movement, art, and breath-work. My style is conversational with some visualization and meditation sprinkled in (if you’re open to it!), and I enjoy engaging in dialogue with my clients.
